Scoring Methodology
The diagnostic utilizes a Zero-Trust, Binary Framework. It relies on two interacting scales to prevent the "illusion of progress" where having "most" of the evidence makes a project feel safe.
Each of the 30 Criteria acts as a "Gate." To pass a gate, you must possess all three pieces of evidence. If you have 2 of 3, the criterion FAILS. Ideas are cheap; evidence is required.
| Evidence (0-90) | Health (0-30) | Status |
|---|---|---|
| 90 / 90 | 30 / 30 | OPTIMIZED |
| 80 - 89 | 25 - 29 | FRAGILE |
| 60 - 79 | 15 - 24 | NEGLIGENT |
| < 60 | < 15 | FATAL |
